What is a multi-annual plan?

In our strategy (i.e., multi-annual plan), we demonstrate how and at what pace we will realize our vision and strategic objectives. This primarily focuses on the long-term development (3 to 5 years) of your organization. In other words, the strategy is the path that your organization chooses to achieve its goals.

We do this by setting milestones and deadlines for all values from your company's Business Model and incorporating them into the multi-year plan (i.e., the strategy). It is of utmost importance that the executing processes understand and clearly define what the strategy means for their part of the organization. This particularly applies to Finance, Marketing and Sales, ICT, HR, Procurement, and Core Process.
