Strengthening the Foundations of SMEs

The Hague, October 2, 2023 - A brief summary of the 'Entrepreneurs Think Along' event, organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate.

Last week, I - Paul Joore - had the privilege of participating in the Entrepreneurs' Panel of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, along with other passionate entrepreneurs. A fascinating dialogue with ministers Liesje Schreinemacher (Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation) and Micky Adriaansens (Economic Affairs and Climate) was central.

The commitment of the ministers to improve the entrepreneurial climate in the Netherlands is clearly visible. They are introducing practical tools such as the "waste fund tool" and a specific GDPR page for SMEs. Additionally, there's the 'export guide' for entrepreneurs wanting to grow internationally. Their vision is clear: to strengthen the foundations of SMEs and collectively build a robust economic future.
