What is ICR?
Through your company's ICR (= InControlRating), you manage the process of going from ambition to result. The ICR is structured around 5 growth circles, which consist of 18 areas of responsibility. Ultimately, these 18 areas of responsibility encompass the 33 ICR objectives that you actively work on.
Within the 33 ICR objectives and their underlying items, you demonstrate how your organization fulfills them. The higher the grade of an objective, the more it contributes to your company’s ICR.
You aim for an ICR of 1. This means you are maximizing your organization’s potential, moving very purposefully from A to B, and optimally stimulating the growth process to become better and bigger. On the other hand, the lowest score, ICR 5, indicates the opposite.
The ICR essentially predicts how successful your management approach and the resulting performances will be.
