What is a BHAG?

A BHAG, which stands for "Big Hairy Audacious Goal," is a term introduced by Jim Collins and Jerry Porras in their book "Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies". A BHAG is a clearly defined, inspiring, and ambitious goal that goes beyond the usual business objectives. It focuses on a future achievement that exceeds the boundaries of what seems possible.

Within the Route ICR environment, this is also the starting point for successful entrepreneurship. However, we keep it simple and just call it the personal ambition of the entrepreneur.
